SELLER REGISTRATION WILL OPEN JULY 5, 2021

How to Register & Sell Your Items:

  1. Register as a seller at My Consignment Manager.

  2. Registration from July 5 through July 31 is $10 per seller. Registration from August 1 through until August 31 or when all seller spots have been filled is $15 per seller. Registration from September 1 until September 26 at 11:59pm will be $20.

  3. Prior to completing registration, you will be required to fill out our seller’s contract through MyConsignmentManager. To see the contract, please click here.

  4. To begin tagging your items, log into your My Consignment Manager account and enter your items. You may enter items as soon as your registration is complete and can continue entering items until the tagging deadline, Sunday night (at 11:59pm) prior to the sale.

  5. Select whether you want your item to be returned or donated if it does not sell.

  6. Once you are done entering items, print your tags. All items must have a BARCODE through My Consignment Manager (MCM) to be sold. Tags may be printed anytime until seller drop-off.

*Tags from other consignment sales or previous Glenn sales may be used as long as they are printed through MCM and dated 2018 or newer.*

  7. For best results, use cardstock (i.e., thicker paper) to print tags. Please ensure that the bar codes are clearly printed – this may require you to use normal, draft, or thick paper mode on your printer. You may also use regular copier paper, but we have found that thick paper tends to be more secure, less likely to be inadvertently removed from an item, and easier to scan.

  8. Print Tags that are DONATE NO on LIGHT GREEN PAPER. Unsold items with green tags will be picked up by sellers at the end of the sale. Rather than using light green cardstock, you can use another way of making the tags green, such as highlighting or coloring the tags. Please thoroughly color the tag since this helps us pull DONATE: NO tags at the end of the sale. However, do NOT color over the barcode!

  9. Print Tags for items that are DONATE YES on WHITE PAPER. Unsold items with GREEN tags will be returned to sellers at the end of the sale. **Unsold items with WHITE tags will not be returned at the end of the sale.**

  10. Each item must have a scannable tag with its own barcode to be sold.

  11. Please make sure that your tags are well-secured onto your items. We cannot sell any item without a tag! We recommend using plenty of packaging tape for non-clothing items. If your item is separated from its tag, the best way to help us reunite them is to include a detailed description of your item on the tag. Nondescript tags (e.g., “Pants 3T”) are less likely to be matched with their item before the end of the sale. A better description is, “Gap pants, navy with white flowers 3T”.

Please be sure to check out the other tabs under “Sellers” to review our accepted items, detailed tagging guidelines, FAQs, and dropoff and pickup information!
